- carrots (2 pcs.);
- pitted prunes (2-3 pcs.);
- raisins (1 teaspoon);
- pitted dried apricots (2-3 pcs.);
- vegetable oil (5-6 tablespoons);
- garlic (3-5 cloves);
- water (2 glasses).
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare baked pink salmon Fish gut, peel and rinse well under cold water. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a preheated skillet. Put the fish in there and cover with 1 glass of fresh milk. Simmer these ingredients for 5-7 minutes over low heat. After that, remove the pink salmon and cool. Carefully separate the fish fillets from the bones. Cut the pink salmon into small pieces.

Prepare the sauce. Strain the milk. Fry the flour in butter for 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add milk, minced garlic, fresh chopped herbs, and salt. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes.

Cut the bread into small cubes. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet. Put the bread on it and put it in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Let the finished croutons cool.
Step 4
Rinse the cauliflower and divide into inflorescences.

Put a layer of fish, cabbage inflorescences, milk sauce, croutons on a baking sheet. Put it in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees. After 30-40 minutes, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Bake pink salmon for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare pilaf with pink salmon Peel the vegetables and cut them into small cubes. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan and simmer the carrots and onions for 5-7 minutes.
