Potatoes are the most common food on our tables. You can cook hundreds of dishes from it. I offer you two simple recipes: "Potatoes with a creamy sauce" and "Potatoes with garlic".
Garlic potatoes
You'll need:
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- vegetable oil;
- 4 potatoes;
- ground red pepper;
- salt.
How to cook.
1. Cut raw potatoes into thin strips, put them in a colander and immerse them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
2. Then immediately rinse the potatoes in cold water. It should stay a little crispy.
3. Add garlic, pepper, salt and season with vegetable oil. Decorate with herbs if desired.
Creamy potatoes
You will need:
- 250 g processed cheese;
- 10 potatoes;
- 200 ml of milk;
- 2 liters of vegetable oil;
- 100 ml of cream;
- 150 ml of lemon juice;
- salt;
- pepper.
How to cook.
1. Pound butter, cheese, cream and milk into a homogeneous mass. Heat the mixture slightly and add salt, pepper and lemon juice.
2. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Peel it, cut it and cover with the sauce. Serve with herbs.
