Potato dishes are so tasty that they rightfully take pride of place on the tables. The house may not have meat, bread, vegetables and fruits, but if there are several potatoes in the pantry, this is enough to prepare a hearty dinner. And if, in addition to potatoes, you have a little sour cream, a slice of cheese, a spoonful of bread crumbs and a little butter, you can make a truly royal dinner.

- 10 medium-sized potatoes;
- 150 grams of sour cream;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 20-30 grams of grated cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Then drain the water and let the potatoes cool.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Cut the cooled tubers into thick slices and sauté in oil.
Step 3
After the potatoes are fried, fill them with sour cream, which to mix with grated cheese. Sprinkle the dish with breadcrumbs and place in a well-preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the baked potatoes hot, drizzled with butter and garnish with herbs. In principle, this dish is self-sufficient, but it can well be used as a side dish for meat or poultry.
