We will stew cabbage with vegetables. This dish is prepared quickly and easily. The vegetables included in this dish contain many vitamins, which makes it very healthy and tasty.

- -1 kg of cabbage
- -4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- -1 onion
- - Bell pepper
- - 2 tomatoes
- - 500 g of champignons
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the cabbage into strips. Heat oil in a saucepan and put cabbage there. Then pour in some hot water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the onion. Wash, peel and cut the pepper. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onions. Add pepper to the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes crosswise and dip in boiling water. Remove the skin from them. Chop the tomato pulp and add to the fried vegetables. Simmer all together for 7 minutes.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the champignons and cook for 15 minutes, then drain and let cool. Cut and add to the cabbage. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Add stewed vegetables to cabbage with mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour in some water. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Garnish with sprigs of herbs before serving.
