    • 350 g cookies;
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 tbsp cocoa;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 200 g butter;
    • 1 cup shelled walnuts

Step 1

Pass the cookies and nuts through a meat grinder (it is not recommended to use a blender, as it grinds food to a powder state). If there is no meat grinder, grind half of the cookies in a blender, break the rest into small pieces with your hands. Coarsely chop the nuts.

Step 2

Use powdered sugar or grind one cup of sugar in a coffee grinder. Toss the cocoa with the powdered sugar. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add three tablespoons of cocoa, stir well so that there are no lumps. Then add half a glass of milk and cook for three to four minutes.

Step 3

Try adding a little chocolate to the cocoa, butter, and milk mixture. Take fifty grams of chocolate, break into pieces and melt in a water bath. Add two to three tablespoons of cream and stir thoroughly. Instead of chocolate, you can add three to four tablespoons of condensed milk to enhance the creamy taste. Or add vanilla to the mixture, if it is not in the cookies, two or three teaspoons of brandy, and put finely chopped candied citrus fruits in the dry mixture.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the crushed nut cookies, mix thoroughly. Control the thickness of the mixture by adding cookies if the mixture is too thin and spreading. Reserve a little more cookies for this case than indicated in the recipe. In such a recipe, it is impossible to specify the exact amount of ingredients, since the density of the biscuits that you will use is unknown. Also, if you want to add some liquid ingredients, this will change the viscosity of the mass.

Step 5

Let the mixture cool. Spread cling film or cellophane on the table (you can use parchment paper, oiled foil), line the resulting mass along one of the edges of the film, roll up and align the sausage. Place in the freezer until solid.
