Many people love cutlets. But, as a rule, these are meat patties fried in a pan. In fact, they can be cooked in the oven and steamed, in jelly and stuffed inside. Cutlets are prepared not only from beef, fish or liver, but also from various vegetables. Chicken cutlets are very tasty. Try to cook them.

- butter - 200 g;
- egg - 2 pcs;
- vegetable oil - 150 g;
- bread - 200-250 g;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- greens - 50-100 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Slice the chicken breast to make small plates. Beat the pieces well, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Take butter. It should be soft, not frozen. Better to get it out of the refrigerator in advance. Mash the oil with a fork.

Wash greens (parsley or dill), chop finely and stir with butter.
Step 4
Form several "cutlets" from this oil. Their number depends on how many pieces of breast you get (for two pieces of breast - one piece of butter). Place the butter patties on a sheet of foil and place in the freezer until they freeze.
Step 5
When the butter is frozen, place it on a piece of broken breast and close it on top with a second one. Put in the freezer for ten minutes.

Beat the eggs, add a little salt and start making the croutons.

Cut the bread into small cubes. Preheat a frying pan, pour oil into it. Peel the garlic and squeeze into hot oil. You do not need to fry the garlic, it is enough to stand in a pan for 2 minutes. This will give your croutons a spicy taste and smell. Let them cool slightly and then scroll through a meat grinder.
Step 8
Take your patties out of the freezer, dip them first in beaten eggs and then in crackers.
Step 9
Put another frying pan on the fire, pour in vegetable oil. Spread the cutlets and fry on both sides for five minutes.
Step 10
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Bring the patties until cooked in the oven.
Step 11
