Step 1

First you need to separate the whites from the yolks. The yolks are useful for greasing the finished dish. Whisk and salt the whites. You will also need to add powdered sugar and cinnamon there. The best way to beat is with a mixer.

Then you need to take the raisins and rinse them thoroughly. Put in a bowl and pour boiling water over. After which it should be rinsed and dried again. The walnuts will need to be broken and peeled. Cut the peeled nuts with a knife, but not too finely. Then you should prepare a frying pan and put it on the fire. Put the nuts there and fry them.

The finished puff pastry must be divided into 3 equal-sized pieces. Take one piece and roll it out. You should get a layer for the entire baking sheet. Do the same with the two remaining parts of the test. On a baking sheet, prick each layer with a fork. The dough can be rolled out to an even larger size with a margin. Send the baking sheet to the oven for 15 minutes.
