- - half a head of medium cabbage;
- - 5 potatoes;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 beet;
- - 1 tomato;
- - sour cream, herbs.

Step 1
First, cook the meat broth. To do this, we collect a pot of water, put the meat there and cook over medium heat. The water needs to be salted. After 10-15 minutes, foam will appear, it should be removed. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking. When the meat is cooked, it will need to be removed from the broth, cooled and cut into pieces. Also chop potatoes and cabbage.
Step 2
While the cabbage is boiling and the potatoes, cut the carrots and onions into small pieces, and grate the beets. Fry the carrots and onions in oil, then add the tomato and beets. Simmer everything over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Put the resulting frying in a saucepan with boiled potatoes and cabbage. Mix everything, add chopped and cooked meat and cook for 3-5 minutes. At the end, put the herbs, turn off the soup, let it brew. Serve soup with sour cream. Bon Appetit!
