It is necessary

  • For orange roses:
  • - 1 orange or lemon;
  • - strong jelly;
  • - egg tray;
  • - a sharp wide knife.
  • For chocolate flowers:
  • - 125 g of chocolate for cooking (plain chocolate is not suitable for this purpose);
  • - 120 ml of liquid glucose.
  • For proteinaceous drawing mass:
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 250 g icing sugar;
  • - 0.5 tsp lemon juice.
  • For snowy hills:
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 glasses of sugar;
  • - 1 glass of heavy whipping cream;
  • - 1 tsp icing sugar;
  • - 2 tsp vanilla sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Orange Blossoms: Wash the orange or lemon, cut into very thin slices, dip each plate in warm jelly, overlap in a circle in the egg tray to make it look like a rosebud.

Step 2

Chocolate figurines Melt the chocolate in a water bath, warm up glucose or thick sugar syrup, mix the chocolate with glucose or syrup very carefully, wrap in dense, heat-resistant polyethylene, put in a plastic container or bag, leave for an hour at room temperature. Tear off the chocolate from the polyethylene piece by piece, stir a little, but so that the components do not separate, if the chocolate dough is too soft, keep it in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes. Sculpt any figurines from the chocolate mixture.

Step 3

Protein drawing mass Take an egg, wash, separate the white from the yolk very carefully, the yolk is not needed, put it in the refrigerator. Beat the protein with a fork or whisk until a light foam forms, start adding the icing sugar gradually, continuing to beat lightly until a stable mass is formed.

Step 4

Take a children's coloring book with suitable drawings, cut them out, put them in a transparent plastic folder, like a file folder, so that the drawing is clearly visible. Take a small bag, make a small hole in the corner (or as large as you want the line to be).

Step 5

Fill the bag with the finished protein mass and begin to gently squeeze it onto the polyethylene, strictly following the contours of the drawing, after finishing the drawing, leave it until it dries and separate it from the polyethylene. Lay the finished decoration flat on the cake or place it, but very carefully, because such products are extremely fragile.

Step 6

Snowy hills Separate the yolks from the whites, beat the whites into a strong foam, gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until all the sugar is dissolved. Put the protein on the baking paper with a teaspoon or using special devices and dry in the slightly open oven for 2-2.5 hours.

Step 7

Chill the cream, pour into a saucepan, place the saucepan in a large bowl filled with ice, beat until thickened, add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while whisking. Place the meringues on the cake, cover with cream.
