A fragrant cake with tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, later called pizza, was first baked a little over 300 years ago. Since then, this simple, but at the same time hearty dish has managed to conquer the whole world.
It is necessary
- -2, 5 Art. baking flour
- -1 tbsp. warm water
- -20 g dry fast yeast
- -4 tbsp olive oil
- -100 g of any smoked sausage or prosciutto
- -100 g of pre-cooked porcini mushrooms
- -1 purple onion
- -tomato sauce
- -2 tomatoes
- -100 g mozzarella and 50 g parmesan
- - a bunch of arugula
- - condiments and spices
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, yeast, salt, two tablespoons of oil and water, cover it with a cloth towel and leave it in the saucepan or dish in which you were kneading for a while.
Step 2
At this point, heat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees, and prepare the ingredients for the filling by chopping all the ingredients except the tomatoes and parmesan into strips.
Step 3
After half an hour from the pan, put the dough out of the pan, adding flour, knead it, divide into equal parts and set aside. Sprinkle the pizza baking trays with oil, and roll the pizza dough into a circle and transfer to the baking trays.
Step 4
Brush the cakes with tomato sauce, distribute the filling evenly, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, arrange the tomato circles and bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with arugula.
