"Kupecheskiy" salad with beef and raw carrots

To prepare this dish you will need:

- 200 g of boiled beef;

- 1 large carrot;

- onion head;

- 150 g of canned peas;

- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Peel and grate the carrots. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes to soften. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, pour boiling water for 5 minutes, to which you can add a couple of tablespoons of vinegar. Thanks to this, it will lose the unpleasant bitterness and at the same time marinate a little. Then drain the marinade and transfer the onion to a salad bowl. Add peas and finely chopped beef to it. Mix everything with mayonnaise and serve.

Such a salad can be served in small tartlets or wrapped in thin pancakes - it will turn out delicious, beautiful and unusual.

"Kupecheskiy" salad with ham and beans

Ingredients:

- 250 g canned red beans;

- 150 g of hard cheese;

- 200 g of ham;

- 1 tomato;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- mayonnaise.

Cut the ham and tomato into cubes, grate the cheese, and pass the garlic through a crusher and mix with mayonnaise. Transfer all the ingredients to a salad bowl, add canned beans to them, from which you first drain the liquid. Mix everything and serve.

This salad does not last long in the refrigerator, as the tomatoes produce juice, which, over time, can spoil the taste of the dish. Therefore, tomato and mayonnaise should be added just before serving.

"Merchant" salad with tongue and mushrooms

This salad is the most satisfying one. To prepare it you need:

- 250 g of boiled tongue;

- 3 pickles;

- 250 g of canned peas;

- 150 g of champignons;

- onion head;

- 1 boiled carrot;

- 100 g of hard cheese;

- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream.

Cut the onion and champignons into small cubes and fry them in a little vegetable oil. Cut the boiled tongue and pickles into thin strips, and grate the carrots and cheese on a coarse grater. Then prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream and mayonnaise in a separate container.

Lay the prepared ingredients in layers in the following sequence: tongue, pickled cucumbers, fried mushrooms with onions, peas, carrots and cheese. Lubricate each layer, except the last, with dressing. Allow the salad to soak in the refrigerator, then serve.
