    • 1 glass of milk
    • 35 g gelatin
    • 0.5 cups water
    • 250 g butter
    • 8 eggs
    • 1.5 cups sugar
    • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour
    • ¼ tsp vanillin

Step 1

Soak gelatin in cold water and leave for 20 minutes.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Step 3

Place the proteins in the refrigerator.

Mash the yolks white with half the sugar.

Drain the milk in a thin stream, add flour and stir until smooth.
