It is necessary

  • • ½ kg of fresh frozen capelin;
  • • 1 vegetable marrow;
  • • 2 medium sized onions;
  • • a small bunch of fresh parsley and dill;
  • • salt and black pepper;
  • • 300 g of potato tubers;
  • • Sunflower oil;
  • • 1 medium-sized carrot;
  • • 1 lavrushka.

Instructions

Step 1

Before you start cooking fish soup, you need to prepare the ingredients. Defrost the fish first. It is recommended to do this at room temperature or in cold (not hot) water. After it has thawed, clean it and rinse it under running water if necessary.

Step 2

Remove the skin from the potato tubers, rinse thoroughly and cut into small cubes.

Step 3

Peel the onion, rinse it and use a sharp kitchen knife to cut it into small cubes.

Step 4

Cut the stem off the vegetable marrow. After that, it must be cut into medium-sized cubes.

Step 5

You should also remove the peel from the carrots and rinse thoroughly. Then it must be crushed with a coarse grater.

Step 6

Place prepared fish, zucchini and potato tubers in a saucepan. Pour freshly boiled water into it. Add lavrushka and send to the hot stove.

Step 7

Pour some vegetable oil into a frying pan and put on fire. After the oil is hot, pour the onions and carrots into it. Fry everything with regular stirring.

Step 8

Place the fried vegetables in the ear. Salt and black pepper are also added there. Rinse, dry and finely chop the herbs and add to the ear. You need to cook it for a third of an hour, and then you need to remove the pan from the stove and cover with a lid. Let the dish sit for 15-20 minutes.
