If you want something unusual and satisfying at the same time, prepare Warsaw-style beef zrazy. The main ingredient in this dish is beef. The meat is cooked together with a wonderful sauce and it turns out delicious and aromatic.

It is necessary

  • - vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • - onions - 2 pcs;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - wheat flour - 30 g;
  • - beef - 450 g;
  • - breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sea salt - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat well under running water. Next, slice the beef into wide pieces, across the grain. The pieces should be about 1.5 centimeters thick. Beat the meat well to make thin, flat pieces.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion. Add some softened butter and breadcrumbs to the onion. Thoroughly mix the whole mass - this will be the filling.

Step 3

Place the prepared filling in equal portions on each piece of meat. Roll each piece into a roll, secure each edge with a toothpick. Dip the products in flour. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and place beef rolls on top of it.

Step 4

Fry the rolls on all sides over high heat. Their color should turn light brown. Place the fried foods in a saucepan. Spread the remaining filling over them, add 250 ml of water, sprinkle with salt.

Step 5

Simmer, covered with a lid, over low heat for 1, 5 hours. Make sure that the dish does not burn. The meat should become soft and very juicy, forming a fragrant and tasty sauce around it.

Step 6

Serve ready-made Warsaw-style beef zrazy with rice, potatoes or salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, garlic, onions, peppers and parsley.
