Ice cream is a delicacy familiar to everyone from childhood that can be prepared at home.
It is necessary

- - fresh raspberries - 300 g;
- - yogurt - 400 ml;
- - 1 egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Put half the raspberries in a mixer, along with a teaspoon of powdered sugar.
Step 2
Mix the remaining icing sugar with the egg in a hot water bath. Remove from heat, cool slightly and combine with yogurt. Beat thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 3
Mix half of the resulting mass with raspberry puree and arrange in glasses. Refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 4
Pass the remaining berries through a sieve.
Remove the cups from the freezer and place the resulting puree on the yogurt mass. Send it all back to the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Top with the yogurt cream.
Put an ice cream stick in each portion and send it to the freezer to solidify completely.
