Pomelo is a fruit that looks a bit like a grapefruit, but tastes much sweeter. The peel of a mature pomelo is yellow. It is the largest of the citrus fruits, which reaches 30 centimeters in diameter and can weigh up to several kilograms. One of the alternative names for pomelo is Chinese grapefruit. Perhaps this is due to the fact that this fruit is extremely popular in Chinese cooking. For example, the pomelo peel is used to flavor Tim Tong, a popular Cantonese dish.

You can simply, as a dessert, eat the pulp of the pomelo just like the pulp of other citrus fruits - orange or grapefruit. Do not throw away the skin - you can cook candied fruits, marmalade from it or add to handmade chocolates.

Cut the carrots and cucumber into thin strips no longer than a match. Peel the pomelo and divide the pulp into small segments.
