It is difficult to find a woman who has enough time to prepare complex meals for a large family. This canned fish pie is just for those ladies who do not have time to make complex dishes.
Homemade baked goods are always tastier, healthier and safer than those sold in stores and stalls. I already wrote about how to quickly prepare several options for sweet pastries "from scratch", and now the fish pie.
In order to bake a quick fish pie, you will need: 1 glass of kefir, 3 eggs, 1 glass of flour, half a teaspoon of soda, a can of canned fish (not in tomato), herbs, about 50 g of cheese.
Making a quick fish pie: for the dough, mix kefir with flour, break one egg there, add soda. For the filling, boil two hard-boiled eggs, chop them. The greens also need to be chopped. Remove the fish from the jar (let the liquid drain) and mash with a fork. Put chopped eggs and herbs in the fish. Pour the dough into a greased pan and place the filling on top. Place it in a preheated oven over low heat. After about 20 minutes, when the dough of the pie turns golden, take it out, sprinkle with cheese, grated on a fine grater, and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese.
Useful advice: of course, canned fish in this recipe can be replaced with pre-fried and deboned fish, as well as minced meat fried with onions, but it is with canned food that the pie will be prepared as quickly as possible. By the way, you can use fried cabbage instead of canned fish.
