When there is very little time left and you need a hearty, but at the same time very light dish, you can make pancakes with yogurt. Such a dish does not take long and is perfect for a children's menu or a family breakfast.
It is necessary
- - 1 egg;
- - 200 g flour;
- - 200 g of yogurt without additives;
- - 1 g baking powder;
- - 3 tbsp. l sugar;
- - 200 g of milk;
- - salt to taste;
- - 20 g of icing sugar;
- - any berries or jam for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep, clean cup and pat dry with a towel. Sift flour into it gently and add baking powder. It can also be replaced with regular baking soda if desired. Add some salt to the dry mixture and stir.
Step 2
Gently add yogurt to the dry flour mixture. Natural homemade yoghurt works best. You can also use store-bought yoghurt without additives or flavors with a fat content of 2.5%. Whisk the yogurt and flour and add sugar in small portions. Let the mixture brew for 15-20 minutes in a cool place.
Step 3
Preheat a frying pan, brush it with a little vegetable oil. Spoon the pancake dough with a tablespoon and gently place in the pan. Fry each pancake until golden brown on both sides. Ready-made pancakes can be lightly sprinkled with icing sugar and garnished with fresh berries or jam before serving.
