“Marinara” is a tomato-flavored sauce invented by ship cocas in the 16th century. It can be used to make risotto, pasta and pizza. We offer a recipe for a wonderful dish made from pasta, marinara sauce and chicken.

- • 500 g chicken fillet;
- • 70 g of Parmesan cheese;
- • 50 g of Mozzarella cheese;
- • 80 g flour;
- • 400 g of spaghetti;
- • 4 tomatoes;
- • 4 cloves of garlic;
- • 30 ml of cream;
- • 3 tbsp. olive oil;
- • 50 g of butter;
- • ¼ tsp. Sahara;
- • 1 tsp. seasonings for chicken;
- • 1 bunch of greens;
- • 5 tsp. salt.
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, chicken seasoning and 1 tsp. salt. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces, roll in the resulting mixture.
Step 2
Making the Marinara sauce. Three garlic on a fine grater or press in a garlic press. Put butter in a saucepan, put on low heat and melt. Then add the garlic, lightly fry in boiling oil, stirring constantly. Wash the tomatoes and grind in a blender, add to the saucepan with ¼ tsp. Sahara. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil, cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly. Add cream, black pepper, 1 tsp. salt, cook under the lid for another 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, the spaghetti sauce is ready.
Step 3
Cooking spaghetti: put a pot of water on the fire, wait until it boils, add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1 tsp. salt. Dip the spaghetti in water and cook until tender (15-20 minutes).
Step 4
Further, to cook spaghetti with sauce according to this recipe, you need to fry the chicken fillet with 2 tablespoons. olive oil and 30 g butter. Fry the meat on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
We wash and cut the greens. You can add onion, parsley or basil to spaghetti with sauce. Put the finished chicken fillet on a plate and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese, and put the herbs on top. Drain the water from the spaghetti saucepan, pour the sauce over the pasta and serve with the meat.
