It is necessary

  • –Apples puree (230 g);
  • - granulated sugar (620 g);
  • - egg white (1 pc.);
  • –Vanillin to taste;
  • –Pure water (130 ml);
  • –Gelatin (7 g).

Instructions

Step 1

Take apples, peel off each one. Core and cut the apples into small pieces. Place the apples in a pot of water and cook until tender. Then use a slotted spoon to place the apples in a separate bowl and let cool slightly.

Step 2

Some of the sugar, vanillin and egg white must be added to the apples. This is followed by the most crucial stage of preparation - whipping the mass with a blender. The consistency of the mass should be dense and soft.

Step 3

While the marshmallow base is cooling, take a saucepan, pour in a small amount of water and gently add granulated sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, to create a syrup. After the syrup is ready, dissolve the gelatin there and stir.

Step 4

Gently pour the syrup into the apple, protein and vanillin mixture. Stir well again. Take any silicone mold, brush with cooking oil or a lump of butter. Pour the whole mixture into a mold, flatten with a wooden spatula and place in the cold.

Step 5

After a day, remove the marshmallow from the mold and divide it into pieces of any shape if desired. Sprinkle a little cinnamon or powdered sugar on the dish if desired.
