It is necessary

  • vegetable oil;
  • cheese - 450 g;
  • tomato puree - 500 ml;
  • blank sheets - 350 g;
  • carrots - 2 pcs;
  • chicken breast fillet - 1 kg;
  • "Curry" or chicken seasoning;
  • Bulgarian red pepper;
  • butter - 25 g;
  • wheat flour - 1, 5 tablespoons;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • onions - 1-2 pcs;
  • a mixture of peppers and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into small pieces. Sprinkle with spices, add 2 tablespoons of lean oil and stir. Put all this in a container, cover and put in the refrigerator to marinate, for example, until morning.

Step 2

Chop the onion, fry it until golden brown with chopped carrots. Add the meat and continue to fry for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set the fire to medium. Add Bulgarian pepper at the end of frying and simmer for another 5 minutes. Salt the future lasagne a little.

Step 3

Fry the sauce flour in a dry skillet until light brown, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning.

Step 4

Pour 2 cups of boiled chilled water into a small saucepan, add the previously fried flour to the same. Knead the mass thoroughly, getting rid of all lumps.

Step 5

Put the sauce on the fire, add crushed garlic, pepper mixture, tomato puree. Bring to a boil and cook the lasagna sauce for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Grease a serving pan with butter, pour and spread the sauce evenly over the entire surface. Fold sheets of pasta, dry or boiled, in a row. Spread vegetables and some chicken meat on top.

Step 7

Sprinkle our lasagna with grated cheese and top with red sauce. Lay out another row of dough, spread the leftover fillets on it. Pour in cheese and sauce. Place the rest of the ingredients on top and cover with the sauce.

Step 8

Preheat oven to 190oC, place dish in there and bake for 25 minutes. After the allotted time, remove the mold, sprinkle with cheese shavings and bake for another 15 minutes until cooked through. Ready-made lasagne should be served hot.
