Ingredients:

  • 600 g minced chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 75 g tomato sauce;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 9 sheets of lasagna;
  • 800 ml of milk (3.2% fat);
  • 100 g butter;
  • 60 g flour;
  • cheese to taste;
  • any seasonings to taste.

Minced meat preparation:

  1. The frozen minced meat must be completely thawed. Finely chop the onion head. Heat a frying pan with butter, add chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the minced chicken, stirring constantly, cook for about 10 minutes.
  2. Next, pour tomato sauce into a frying pan with minced meat, stir.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into arbitrary pieces (small), add to the minced meat. Salt the entire tomato and meat mass, season to your liking, stir well and simmer in a closed skillet for another 15 minutes. Set aside the minced meat for now, you don't need to cool it on purpose.

Sauce preparation:

  1. Melt the butter in a small metal saucepan.
  2. As soon as the oil becomes liquid, add the specified amount of flour and stir to avoid lumps.
  3. Pour in a liter of milk, salt to taste and you can add seasonings, also at your own discretion.
  4. The milk sauce should boil, but you don't need to boil it, remove it from the stove immediately.

Formation of layers:

  1. Grate cheese (preferably "Parmesan" or any of the hard varieties) on a fine mesh grater. Determine its quantity yourself: someone loves more, and someone less.
  2. A baking dish should be taken rectangular and deep, grease it with oil.
  3. Put three sheets of lasagna on the bottom, spread 1/2 of the cooked minced meat on them, pour with milk sauce (one third of the total), sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Put on top again sheets of lasagna (3 pcs.), The last 1/2 minced meat, the second part of the sauce, grated cheese.
  5. Cover with the last sheets, brush with the rest of the sauce and cover with a layer of finely grated cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
