It is necessary
- We will need:
- 1. ground beef - 300 grams;
- 2. chopped tomatoes in their own juice - 400 grams;
- 3. broth - 750 milliliters;
- 4.paste - 150 grams;
- 5. one onion, several cloves of garlic;
- 6.carrots - 2 pieces;
- 7. oregano - 1 teaspoon;
- 8. salt, pepper, lavrushka, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil - for amateurs.
Instructions
Step 1
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into small meatballs. Fry in vegetable oil until brownish. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook together for six minutes.
Step 2
Fry the carrots in a separate skillet. It is advisable to grate the carrots, not cut them. Place the carrots and meatballs in a saucepan. Add tomatoes, spices, broth, salt. Bring to a boil, simmer for forty minutes over moderate heat.
Step 3
Add pasta to the lasagna soup, cook until tender. Pour the soup into bowls. Chop the mozzarella on top, put in the oven for ten minutes (temperature - 250 degrees). Serve with fresh basil. Bon Appetit!
