  • 3. broth - 750 milliliters;
  • 4.paste - 150 grams;
  • 5. one onion, several cloves of garlic;
  • 6.carrots - 2 pieces;
  • 7. oregano - 1 teaspoon;
  • 8. salt, pepper, lavrushka, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil - for amateurs.

Instructions

Step 1

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into small meatballs. Fry in vegetable oil until brownish. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook together for six minutes.

Fry the carrots in a separate skillet. It is advisable to grate the carrots, not cut them. Place the carrots and meatballs in a saucepan. Add tomatoes, spices, broth, salt. Bring to a boil, simmer for forty minutes over moderate heat.
