This recipe for pies is quite simple to prepare, but you will not forget the taste and aroma of shortbread pies on sour cream for a long time.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - flour - 350 gr;
- - margarine - 200 gr;
- - sour cream - 200 gr;
- - salt - chips;
- - vanillin - 1 tsp;
- - baking powder - 1 tsp
- For filling:
- - plums - 300 gr;
- - starch - 1 tsp;
- - sugar.
- To grease the pies:
- - 1 egg;
- - 0.5 tsp - rast. oils.
Instructions
Step 1
We take softened margarine, cut it into cubes into a bowl for kneading dough.
Step 2
Add sifted flour 350 gr to the margarine. and rub by hand: margarine with flour until crumbs form.
Step 3
Add sour cream, salt, baking powder, vanillin and knead the dough well. If the dough sticks to your hands, do not be alarmed, add a little more flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands, but do not overdo it with flour.
Step 4
The dough should be soft and elastic. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Preparing the filling for the pies.
Cut the washed plums into 4 parts, remove the seeds, put them in a plate.
Step 6
Add starch to the chopped plums, mix gently.
Step 7
We roll out our dough into a sausage and divide into small parts.
Step 8
Then we roll out each part: put the filling in the middle, add 1 tsp to the filling. sugar and form a pie.
Step 9
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil. Put the pies on a baking sheet: at a short distance from each other. Lubricate the pies with a beaten egg. We bake for 25-30 minutes, in a gas oven at 180 C, and in an electric oven at 200 C.
