Without closing the lid, bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat slightly and leave for 15-20 minutes. Throw the rice in a colander, rinse with boiling water and leave for 4 minutes. Then you can use it to make a salad.

Pour 1 liter of water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add 1.5 cups of parboiled rice, stir, cover and cook for 25 minutes. During cooking, you do not need to open the lid and stir the rice.

Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold running water, place in a saucepan and cover with water in a 1: 2 ratio. Let sit for 20 minutes, then put on medium heat. Once the water boils, turn the heat to high and simmer for 5 minutes. Then simmer for another 15 minutes on the lowest heat. Then leave the cereal to "reach" for another 20 minutes.

Pour cereals pre-washed in cold water into a saucepan and pour cold water in a 1: 1 ratio. This amount will be quite enough. If you add too much water, the rice may turn into porridge. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Once the water comes to a boil, turn the heat to low and simmer until the rice has absorbed all the liquid. After that, turn off the stove and leave the cereals to stand for 5-10 minutes.
