    • Red pepper;

    • garlic;
    • salt.
    • 2 recipe:
    • sour cream;
    • vegetable oil;
    • lemon or lime juice;

    • orange or pomegranate syrup;
    • salt and pepper.

    • honey;
    • soy sauce;
    • ketchup;
    • garlic;
    • pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl or saucepan, combine the following ingredients: sour cream, red pepper (paprika), the juice of half a lemon or lime, 2-3 cloves of garlic, and salt. Add portions of chicken to this mixture, stir and refrigerate for at least an hour. Then place the marinated meat on a greased baking sheet, place it in the heated oven.

Step 2

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream with the same amount of vegetable oil. Add the juice of half a lemon or lime, a little mustard, about 1 teaspoon of orange or pomegranate syrup, salt, pepper and some herbs to taste (marjoram, oregano). You can also add thyme (thyme), but you should be careful with it, since not everyone likes the characteristic pungent smell of its main aromatic component. Spread this mixture over portions of chicken or whole carcass. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Then place the meat on a baking sheet and place it in the preheated oven.

Step 3

Mix 3-4 tablespoons of liquid honey (acacia, lime or herbal) with soy sauce. Add some ketchup, two cloves of garlic, pepper and some salt. Add portions of chicken to this mixture. Stir well and refrigerate for 24 hours. The longer the chicken is marinated, the tastier and more tender it will come out. Spread the meat on a baking sheet, mixed with vegetables, for example, chopped potatoes, carrots. Bake, periodically pouring over the allocated juice. Combining the sweetness of honey with the hotness of garlic and soy sauce will give you a unique taste. If you don't like soy sauce, you can add a small amount to honey. Buckwheat honey should not be used for this marinade as it will taste worse.
