Croquettes are French cutlets that are shaped like a cylinder or circle. The versatility of this dish lies in the fact that it can be made from almost any product. I suggest making chicken croquettes.

- - corn flour - 1 tablespoon;
- - ground chili pepper - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - deep fat oil - 500 ml;
- - sweet green pepper - 1 pc;
- - cherry tomatoes - 100 g;

Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, dry, then cut into several pieces and put in a blender. Grind the meat until smooth. Then add an egg to it. Mix thoroughly. In the resulting mixture, add 1 tablespoon of cornmeal, as well as salt and chili. Stir again. Thus, minced meat turned out.
Step 2
From the minced meat obtained, mold balls, the size of which is slightly larger than the size of a walnut. In other words, no more than 1 teaspoon of minced meat is needed for one such ball.
Step 3
Pour deep-frying oil into a saucepan. Divide the minced meat balls into several portions, put in oil and fry for 3 minutes, that is, until a golden crust appears.
Step 4
Blot the fried croquettes with paper towels. This is to remove excess oil.
Step 5
In the meantime, grind the sweet green peppers. It needs to be cut into squares, which should be slightly larger than croquettes. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
Step 6
Take wooden skewers and string croquettes, peppers and tomatoes on them in random order. Chicken croquettes are ready! This dish is best eaten hot.
