It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet (0.5 kg);
  • - water (250 ml);
  • - flour (200 g);
  • - butter (200 g);
  • - egg (1 pc.);
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - parsley;
  • - nutmeg;
  • - salt and pepper;
  • - deep fat oil;
  • - frying pan;
  • - Bowl.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet and place in a saucepan.

Step 2

Pour the fillet with water (so that it covers it lightly), then add a little salt and cook over medium heat.

Step 3

When the broth has boiled down to a quarter, remove the fillet and wait until it cools.

Step 4

While the fillet is cooling, melt the butter.

Step 5

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If necessary, dilute the resulting mixture with broth so that it is not too thick.

Step 6

Chop the parsley and nutmeg, add them to the minced meat, put it in a bowl and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.

Step 7

Make croquettes from minced meat - small cylinders or balls with a diameter of 1.5 cm. Dip croquettes in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 8

Take a frying pan, heat vegetable oil on it, dip the resulting crockers in deep fat and fry them. Readiness is checked by the appearance of a golden crust.
