How to bake garlic

It is necessary

    • 1st way:
    • large head of garlic;
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
    • 2nd way:
    • 8 heads of garlic;
    • butter (8 pieces of 40 g);
    • 5 teaspoons of salt;
    • 200 ml of water.
    • 3rd way:
    • three heads of garlic;
    • one tablespoon of olive oil (or 3 teaspoons);
    • salt
    • pepper
    • spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Method One: Preheat the oven to 120 C. Cut off the unnecessary top from the head of the garlic. Next, put the garlic in a pre-prepared baking dish or crockery and pour over with olive oil. Then bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cloves are soft and the garlic is browned. After baking is complete, remove the garlic and let cool. Then squeeze out each clove to remove the softened garlic.

Step 2

The second method (whole head) Peeled garlic (including from the stalks inside the heads), carefully grease with oil and sprinkle with one tablespoon of salt. Place the garlic in a cooked baking dish. Next, put a piece of butter on top of each head of garlic and sprinkle them with three pinches of salt. Pour water into a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 200 C. Bake for about 50 minutes - until the garlic is tender. Every ten minutes, be sure to water it with the resulting juice from the container, and if necessary, add more water during cooking. When the garlic is done, serve on a toasted piece of bread. Alternative cooking (single cloves; with the same ingredients as in the second) Preheat oven to 125 C. Divide the garlic into cloves and peel each clove. Then place in a single layer on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes, and after the garlic has softened, remove and let cool slightly.

Step 3

Method Three: Wash the garlic and cut off one third of the top. Next, put the product on foil and pour one teaspoon of olive oil into each head. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then bake the garlic for one hour in an oven preheated to 190 C (tightly wrapped in foil). After the time has elapsed, remove, unfold the foil and let the garlic cool. It can be served with first and second courses, as well as sandwiches.
