Spaghetti is a carbohydrate food from which you can replenish. However, most people simply love these pasta paired with minced meat and cutlets. To improve the healthiness of this high-calorie dish, you just need to cook spaghetti with vegetables. The taste of the dish only benefits from this, because compositions from vegetables can be chosen in different combinations.

Step 1
To cook spaghetti with zucchini, carrots and tomatoes, you will need 1 carrots and zucchini-zucchini, 3 tomatoes and a clove of garlic, 200 g spaghetti, salt, pepper, dill, parsley - to taste, also vegetable oil for frying. Cut the zucchini into long, thin strips. Do the same with carrots. Cut the tomatoes into thinner slices too. Boil the spaghetti boiling in water, adding salt, oil and chopped vegetables 2 minutes before the end of cooking. Then fold in a colander and dry. Then chop the garlic finely, fry a little and add to the cooked foods. Then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
Step 2
To prepare vegetables with spaghetti and herbs, you need to take 400 g of spaghetti, 3 tomatoes, 50 ml of vegetable oil, onion, eggplant and carrots, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. thyme, rosemary, black pepper and oregano. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion into half rings, coarsely chop the garlic. Turn the tomato and eggplant into large cubes. Then heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the spices and garlic there. Fry the ingredients for 2 minutes, then put the onions, carrots, eggplant and tomato there alternately; there should be a 3-5 minute break between each vegetable. Then simmer all the vegetables for another 10-15 minutes over low heat. Boil the pasta as usual and discard in a colander. Top the dried spaghetti with the vegetable mixture.
Step 3
Make spaghetti in a creamy sauce. This will require 400 g of spaghetti, 200 g of cream 15-20% and carrots. You will also need 1 zucchini, onion, bell pepper, pepper, salt and cream cheese. Turn the carrots into strips, place them in a hot skillet and sauté with butter. Then add the chopped pepper there. At this time, set the spaghetti to cook. While it is cooking, turn the onion into rings and place over the vegetables. After frying this portion of vegetables a little, add zucchini there. Prepare vegetable spaghetti sauce as follows: pour a little spaghetti broth into the vegetables, stir and simmer the whole mixture. At the end of cooking, sprinkle vegetables with spices to taste, pour cream, salt and pepper the dish. Throw a piece of butter and 2 tablespoons of soft cheese there. These ingredients will add the original creamy taste to the spaghetti. Serve by mixing the sauce with the pasta.

You can make spaghetti with cheese sauce and peas. For this dish you will need 350 g of spaghetti, 200 g each cherry, broccoli and peas, 2 carrots, 100 g feta cheese, 1 sweet yellow pepper, 4 cloves of garlic, 0.5 cups each fresh chopped mint, grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 glasses of olive oil, 0.5 tsp. salt and red pepper. Boil the spaghetti. 2 minutes before cooking, add directly to the water the vegetables, cut into strips: carrots, peppers, broccoli, and peas. Pour 1/4 cup of broth to prepare the sauce. Drain the rest of the water through a colander. Then heat the garlic, turned into large cloves, in a frying pan in oil, fry it for 30 seconds. After this time, place the tomatoes, cut in half, in the same place. Pepper the whole mass, salt and simmer until the tomatoes soften for about 2 minutes. Then pour in the spaghetti broth prepared in advance, sprinkle with mint, parmesan and feta, mix everything and heat for another 10-15 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
Step 5
To cook spaghetti with olives, you need to take 500 g of spaghetti, 2 tomatoes and bell peppers each, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 can of olives, cucumber, onion, salt, ground pepper, dried basil, vegetable oil. Cut the cucumber and pepper into half rings. Quarter the tomatoes into 4 pieces, chop the onion and garlic finely. Fry the onion with the oil in a pan until transparent. Add cucumber, garlic and pepper there. Mix everything and, after softening, add the tomatoes to the vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes at reduced heat. Then season with pepper and salt. Boil the spaghetti and remove the water. Then mix with the vegetable mass and simmer a little over low heat.
