Fruit salads, unlike others, have a number of advantages: they are much healthier, they can be given to children. As part of such salads can be any fruits and berries.
It is necessary
- - 1 small banana;
- - 1 apple;
- - ½ persimmon fruit;
- - 3 dates;
- - 10-15 raspberries;
- - 10 currant berries;
- - 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- - 1 tsp honey (sugar);
- - coconut flakes and chocolate for sprinkling.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash all fruits. Peel the apple (you do not need to peel it) and cut into small cubes or strips. Peel the banana and also cut in an apple-like manner. Do the same with persimmon and dates. You can use your favorite slicing method.
Step 2
Put all the chopped ingredients in a bowl or salad bowl. Add the berries, which will add sourness to the salad. Season the salad with sour cream and honey. Honey is the best option, but if it is contraindicated for someone, for example, children, then it is better to replace it with sugar. To make the salad even healthier, you can use yogurt instead of sour cream.
Step 3
Mix gently. If the salad is in a salad bowl, then you can leave it in it or transfer it to individual bowls. An individual serving of such a salad is preferable.
Step 4
Sprinkle the salad with coconut flakes or grated chocolate - whoever likes what better.
