Papaya salad
- 2 fruits by dad,
- 1 red bell pepper
- 8 green onion feathers,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara,
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil,
- 1 large handful of fresh mint leaves
Peel and dice the papaya and pepper. Peel and chop the carrots. Chop the onion and mint leaves. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil, stir well and serve.
