Turkey meat has recently been very often used in our cooking. It is considered dietary and very useful. Turkey meat goes very well with potatoes in various dishes.
To prepare this dish you will need:
- 400 gr turkey fillet,
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1/2 head of garlic
- 200 gr of onions,
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 chicken egg
- ground red pepper,
- 100 g of melted butter,
- 1/2 cup thick homemade sour cream
- salt,
- dill and parsley,
- vegetable oil for frying.
Cooking method
Take the potatoes, wash well, peel them and run them through the combine. Peel the onions and finely chop them. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Wash the turkey meat, scroll in a meat grinder.
Now put the scrolled meat in a cup, put grated potatoes, chopped onions and garlic, ghee there, break an egg there, add wheat flour, add salt, red ground pepper, mix thoroughly.
From the minced meat, mold medium-sized cakes, fry in a pan in oil, first on one side, and then on the other until golden brown.
Fold the fried cakes in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom, put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
Put the finished cakes in a beautiful dish and decorate with herbs.
Serve sour cream or your favorite sauce with the tortillas.
