The Brigadeiro cake is a Brazilian dish. It turns out to be tender, amazing and very tasty. Impregnated with cream. The cake just melts in your mouth. When eating, it is impossible to tear yourself away from such a delicious delicacy.

Step 1
Prepare the cream. First, combine the cream, condensed milk, 4 tablespoons. cocoa powder, butter. Put on low heat and bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15-17 minutes. Remove the cream from heat, cool slightly and place in a cool place.
Step 2
Make a biscuit. Mix water with cocoa powder, put on low heat and bring to a boil, stir well. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with granulated sugar until white, add vegetable oil. Mix with cocoa and stir. Pour flour, baking powder in a thin stream and mix everything well until smooth. Whisk the whites until a firm foam and combine with the dough.
Step 3
Line the baking sheet with baking paper, line out the dough and smooth over the surface. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 1.20-1.30 hours. Remove the biscuit from the oven, cool it down and cut into three cakes.
Step 4
Grease the cakes liberally with cream and stack. Grate the chocolate and sprinkle on the cake. Leave it to soak for 10-12 hours.
