Seafood is not only tasty, but also healthy. True, not everyone knows how to cook deliciously squid or, for example, shrimp. In fact, there is nothing difficult about it. You just need to find a good recipe.
If you love seafood, and the kitchen has a slow cooker, then the recipe, which will be described below, will suit your taste. Let's talk about how to deliciously cook squid in a slow cooker. To create a dish, you need the following products:
- Squids - 3 carcasses;
- Small onions - 2 pcs.;
- Small carrots - 2 pcs.;
- Half a glass of sour cream;
- Vegetable oil (refined) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- Pure water - 2 multi-glasses;
- Salt and herbs to taste.
When all the ingredients are available, you can start preparing the squid dish. The first step is to prepare the seafood. To do this, rinse the carcass thoroughly under running water, remove the film from the squid and lower it in boiling water for a couple of minutes. When the carcass has cooled slightly, it should be cut. This is done arbitrarily: either with straws or rings.
Set aside prepared seafood for a while, take care of vegetables. Peel the onion, cut it as small as possible, wash the carrot, remove the skin from it, grate it on a fine grater.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, place the onion there and set the "Baking" mode on the unit for 10 minutes. When 5 minutes have passed from the specified time, add carrots per hour, stir the products and wait.
As soon as the vegetables are a little fried, add the squid to the multicooker bowl, pour in the water and sour cream, salt and mix everything. Close the lid of the unit by setting the “Extinguishing” mode on the display for 20 minutes. When the time is up, the dish is ready. It is recommended to serve the squid warm, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
