Stir the softened butter with the remaining sugar, attach the yolks to them and beat all the ingredients until a frothy state. Heat the remaining milk, put salt in it, then mix the milk with the butter-yolk mixture.

Combine the matched dough with a mixture of milk, butter and yolks, add flour there and knead the dough for pies. Stir until it starts to separate from the sides of the pot. After that, cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour. After an hour, the risen dough must be kneaded and left to rise again.

Step 4

Sort out and thoroughly rinse dried apricots, fill it with water and put on low heat. Boil it for about 20 minutes and make sure that the water does not boil away. Throw the finished dried apricots on a sieve, then twist them in a meat grinder.

Step 5

Put the finished butter dough on the table, divide it into equal balls, form a cake from each ball, in the center of which put 1, 5-2 tbsp. spoons of filling, blind pies. Put the finished products on a greased baking sheet, put them in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that they distance. Bake the buns in the oven at 200 oC until tender.
