Fried pork ribs are one of the easiest and most satisfying meat dishes to prepare. It is good to cook them when there is not a lot of time and effort to create a delicious dinner. And the pickled onion added to the ribs will make the dish even more delicious and aromatic.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of pork ribs;
- - onion head;
- - salt and black pepper to taste;
- - 1 glass of water;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of granulated sugar;
- - vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the ribs. Place in a skillet with heated vegetable oil and fry over high heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Pour boiling water over for a few minutes, then drain off the hot water. Pour in a glass of cold water, add vinegar and sugar. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
When the ribs are browned, season with salt and pepper. Drain the onion and place it on the cooked meat. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes to soften the hot meat onions. Serve fried ribs with mashed potatoes.
