    • Almonds (petals).

Step 1

Prepare your pomelo. To do this, wash the fruit well and peel it. This is quite simple to do. It is necessary to slightly cut its thick skin and peel it like an orange. Cut the peeled fruit in half and carefully remove the pulp. Cut thick films with a knife. Break or cut the fruit into small pieces.

Step 2

Prepare frozen green beans. To do this, pour water into a saucepan and boil, put the beans in it and boil in boiling water for 8 minutes. Beans do not need to be defrosted beforehand. Add a little salt and sugar to taste in the water for boiling. Drain the beans in a colander. To prevent the beans from losing their rich green color, immediately cover them with ice cubes. Ice for this procedure must be frozen in advance.

Rinse the salad under running water, dry it slightly with a napkin and cut into large enough pieces. Defrost the shrimp (it is better to do this first) and peel them thoroughly. Combine the salad with shrimp, beans and pomelo pieces.
