Separate meals do not imply an abundance of dishes on the table - you cannot feast on fried potatoes with chicken. This means that overeating becomes much more difficult. The separate feeding system offers a list of products and their combinations recommended for consumption. The main prohibition is that you cannot consume proteins and carbohydrates at the same time. The diet suggests combining meat, fish and poultry with green vegetables that do not contain starch. Legumes should be used with the same vegetables - lentils, beans, beans, peas.
