We wash the wings, cut the ends with table scissors and cut them at the joint into two parts. Put them in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and chicken seasoning. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. In a deep frying pan, heat the sunflower oil to a boil and carefully put the wings in it (it is better to fry large and small parts separately). Cover and fry 5-8 on each side. You can serve hot or chilled.

We wash the legs, dry them slightly and carefully remove the skin from the thigh to the lower leg. It is very important not to damage the skin, we will stuff it with it. Boil the meat with the legs in salted water until tender. While it is cooking, cut the mushrooms and peel the onions. Fry mushrooms and finely chopped onion in a pan. Cut the meat into small cubes, rub the egg on a coarse grater. We mix all the ingredients, salt, pepper and stuff the chicken skin with this mixture. The edge should be free so that it is fashionable to cover the filling. Put on a baking sheet, greased with butter and put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for about 20 minutes, spread on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut the cooled dish into pieces 2-3 cm wide.

Place the chops in a bowl, salt, pepper and fill with mayonnaise, mix and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. Cut the onion into thin half rings, put in a bowl and pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes. This will remove unnecessary bitterness. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Put the meat on a baking sheet, sprinkle with onions and send to the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 10 minutes before the end of cooking. This dish can also be cooked in a skillet with a lid on. In this case, sprinkle with cheese immediately.
