This dish applies to many cuisines. But adjika, which gives a spicy and original taste, distinguishes this dish from the rest.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef;
- - 3 potato tubers;
- - eggplant;
- - onion head;
- - 200 g of green beans (frozen);
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 20 g of cilantro;
- - 20 g of parsley;
- - 700 ml of meat broth;
- - ½ tbsp. spoons of adjika.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut meat into cubes, onion and eggplant into slices. Halve tomatoes and large potato slices. Finely chop the cilantro and parsley.
Step 2
In pots, to the very bottom, send pieces of beef, then potatoes, rings of eggplant and onions, also add green beans, halves of tomatoes and greens.
Step 3
Season the broth with pepper, salt and half a tablespoon of adjika. Stir and pour into pots. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve hot.
