- - 1 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp. honey;
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - herbs to taste (parsley, basil, dill, cilantro);

- - pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepared meat must be cut into large pieces. Chop the greens, mix with salt and pepper in a separate plate. Next, add lemon juice and honey to the greens.
Step 2
Mix everything, you should get a homogeneous mixture. Gently grate the previously cooked pieces of meat with the resulting mixture and put in a cool place for several hours. Depending on how much time you have, you should keep the marinated meat in the refrigerator for 1 to 5 hours (the longer, the more aromatic the finished dish will be).
Step 3
Bake the pickled meat in the oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 180 - 200 degrees, having previously coated it with sour cream. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs before serving.
