It is necessary
- - 400 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of boiled rice;
- - a pinch of baking soda;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of kefir;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - 200 g of berries.
Instructions
Step 1
Put cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar in a blender, break an egg and beat all the ingredients into an airy mass. Then add kefir and soda, beat again on a slow speed and transfer the curd mass to a cup.
Step 2
Add boiled rice to it, knead thoroughly. Place the berries and stir very carefully, being careful not to damage them.
Step 3
Divide the curd mass into small tins and place in an oven preheated to 160 ° C. Bake for about 40-50 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the finished dessert from the oven, cool and remove from the molds. Serve with berry syrup.
