You will need:

- 500 grams of cottage cheese, better than fat;

- 4 tablespoons Sahara;

- half a glass of 10% cream;

- 2 tbsp. l. instant gelatin;

- 1kivi;

- 1 banana;

- 1 orange.

It is not recommended to store this dessert in the refrigerator for more than two hours, as otherwise the fruit may darken. Therefore, you should start preparing a meal about one and a half to two hours before eating it.

Kiwi, banana and orange can be substituted with other fruits, or berries can be used, not necessarily fresh. Frozen are also suitable.

First, prepare the curd mass. To do this, whisk the cream, sugar and cottage cheese well with a blender.

Then dissolve the instant gelatin in a glass of hot water, pour into the curd mixture and continue beating for about a minute more.

Wash banana and kiwi or other fruit, peel and cut into sufficiently thin slices. Peel the orange, cut into small pieces.

Prepare a transparent mold. Put slices of banana and kiwi on the bottom of it, carefully line the sides of the form with them (leave a few slices to decorate the dessert on top).

Carefully put the curd mass (half) on the fruit, then lay a layer of orange slices, cover with the remaining curd half.

Decorate the top of the dessert with slices of kiwi and banana, send the dish with the dish to the refrigerator. The dish should freeze completely there.

You can serve the dish in the form, or you can put the dessert on the dish, sprinkle with grated chocolate, chopped nuts, and decorate with berries.
