Meals on this diet are divided into three meals: morning, afternoon and evening. Apples can be eaten fresh, but if the appetite grows out of them, then you can bake them in the oven: in this case, the feeling of fullness will remain for a long time. The diet is designed for 3 days, but you can increase the number of days to 5. Curd and fruit diet
