  • - 3 large carrots;
  • - 400 g of onions;
  • - 12 cloves of garlic;
  • - salt, pepper, herbs and mayonnaise to taste;
  • - olive oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Place on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess grease.

Step 2

In the same pan, fry the onion, cut into half rings, until transparent. We transfer it to a separate plate.

Step 3

Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes. Fry in the same pan, remove from heat, cool.

Step 4

Rub the garlic on a fine grater.

We take one large form or portioned molds. We collect gratin: put a layer of zucchini on the bottom, onion on top, a thin layer of mayonnaise, carrot cubes. Sprinkle a little with garlic. Repeat layers in the specified sequence until the form is complete.
