    • rice (1 tbsp.);
    • salt (1 tsp);
    • raisins (100 g);
    • apple (1 pc.);
    • dried apricots (10 pcs.);
    • carrots (1 pc.);
    • dried fruits (100 g);
    • butter (2 tablespoons).
    • Dishes: cauldron.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse well dried apricots, raisins, dried fruits.

Step 2

Take the cutting board. Cut dried apricots, apples and carrots on it.

Step 3

Heat oil in a cauldron. First fry the carrots in it, then add the apples and dried fruits (5 minutes).

Step 4

Take rice, rinse it in water.

Step 5

Place the rice in a cauldron. Then mix it with the fruit.

Step 6

After that, salt the pilaf to taste and fill it with water.

Step 7

Cover the cauldron with a lid and cook over medium heat until the rice is done. Sweet pilaf is ready!
