  • - apples - 2 pcs.;
  • - fresh ginger root - 1 pc.;
  • - natural classic yogurt - 400 ml;
  • - water - 100 ml;
  • - sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - vanilla sugar - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the ginger root thoroughly with water. Grate on the finest grater (you need about 1 teaspoon of grated ginger). Boil water and cool slightly (up to 60-70 degrees). Pour hot water over the ginger, add sugar and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Wash pears and apples with water. Peel the pears. Remove the core. Cut the pear pulp into small pieces.

Step 3

Bake the apples in the microwave at maximum power for 5-7 minutes. The apples should be soft. Cool slightly. Gently remove the pulp from the baked apples and place in a blender bowl. Add the pulp of the pear to the apples and chop the fruit until smooth.

Step 4

Strain the ginger infusion through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 5

Mix yogurt with vanilla sugar, add fruit puree and ginger infusion. Whisk the mixture with a blender or mixer. Pour ginger smoothie into glasses and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Before serving, decorate the dessert with pear wedges and mint leaves.
