Instructions
Step 1
Broccoli Soup Peel the vegetables. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into cubes. Fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes over low heat until soft. Sort the broccoli and cauliflower into bloom.

Pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Arrange the fried vegetables, cauliflower and broccoli, bay leaves. Salt, add allspice. Cook the soup over low heat for about 8-10 minutes. Add black pepper 5 minutes after boiling.

Boil hard-boiled chicken eggs. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Pour the prepared soup into bowls. Add half a boiled egg and a few cheese cubes to each.

Broccoli puree soup Wash the chicken breasts, place in a saucepan and add 3 liters of water. Add 1 onion, add a little salt. Bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to minimum and simmer at low boil for about 1 hour.
