Instructions

Step 1

Refuse buying tea bags, most often it is tea dust remaining after processing the leaves. Open the package and see if there is black dust on the bottom, most likely the same is packaged in sachets. If the bottom of the box is clean, the bags contain crushed tea leaves. Do not buy tea bags, because often unscrupulous manufacturers add various dyes and flavor enhancers to it.

Step 2

Pay attention to the tea packaging, which should contain information about the manufacturer. Real quality tea from tea leaves is produced only in India, Sri Lanka, China, Japan, Indonesia, Georgia and Azerbaijan. If the tea is Chinese, then the box should contain the inscription: "National Export-Import Tea Company". It is the only tea export company in the country. In addition, the name of the province from which this tea was brought must be indicated, for example, Fujian, Sichuan, Human and Yunnan.

Step 3

If you wish to choose Indian tea, remember that the package must bear a special sign of the Indian State Council for Tea in the form of a girl with a basket of tea. Real Ceylon tea must be stamped with a lion and marked “Packed in Sri-Lanka”.

Step 4

Examine the tea box carefully. It should not show any damage (dents, tears, etc.). Pay attention to the date of manufacture and the expiration date of the product.

Step 5

Take a few tea leaves and rub them between your fingers, if they turn into dust - the tea is not real. The low quality of the product is also evidenced by the presence of stems and branches in the package.
